If you've found your way here, you probably have one of two problems. Either your business looks less put-together online than it actually is, or the behind-the-scenes side of it is held together with sticky notes and memory. Sometimes both.

That's the gap Charli Tanae Co. fills. I'm a creative and technology consultant based in Knoxville, Tennessee, and I help small business owners, real estate teams, and fellow creatives with the parts of running a business that don't fit neatly into one job title.

What I do

Photography. I've been a photographer for 12 years. Portraits, maternity, newborn, headshots, and brand photos are still a big part of what I do, and they're how a lot of clients find me first.

Creative and marketing. Your website, your Google Business Profile, your social presence, and the way it all looks together. I help you show up clearly and consistently, without hiring an agency.

Operations. Onboarding steps, checklists, SOPs, and the routines that keep a business from depending on one tired person's memory.

Technology. Calendars, email, project tools, automations, password management, and the software you're paying for but not really using. I set it up, clean it up, and show you how to keep it running.

Who I work with

  • Small business owners who are doing everything themselves and know there's a better way to do it.
  • Real estate teams who need shared systems, clean headshots, and a steady online presence.
  • Creatives who are great at the work and would rather not wrestle the admin side.

Why it's all under one roof

Most small businesses don't need five different specialists. They need one person who can see how the pieces connect. A great headshot does more when your Google profile is set up to show it. A booking page works better when the calendar behind it is organized. I'd rather fix the whole path than one stop on it.

What working together looks like

It usually starts with a short discovery call. You tell me what's slowing you down, and I tell you plainly what I'd fix first, what can wait, and what you can handle yourself. No jargon and no 40-page proposal.
